i need to knowasap howto set up a water heater thermostat on a homemade styro foam incubator

please help!!

Go to the stickey homade incabator chick on 2 missprissy has it all there One thing the small wire she says 4 inches I would cut 5 inches and that wire one end goes to light socket and the other to the temp control you'll see when you look at it. If you need more help PM me I just put one together

Set up? As in wire it up? Or Placement an adjustment?
