TO SHOW A BANTAM PLACE YOUR POINTER AN MIDDLE FINGER UNDER THE BREAST AN USE THE THUMB AND PINKY TO COVER THE WINGS. IF YOUR FINGERS ARE TO SHORT TO COVER THE WINGS HOLD THE CHICKEN AGAINST YOUR CHEST.

TO SHOW A REGULAR SIZED CHICKEN PLACE YOR FINGERS THE SAME WAY. BUT PLACE THE HEAD SECURELY UNDER YOUR ELBOW AND USE YOUR ARM TO HELP COVER THE WINGS.

YOU HAVE TO PUT THE CHICKEN IN AND OUT OF THE CAGE, POSE IT AND, HAND IT TO THE JUDGE.THEY MIGHT ALSO ASK YOU QUESTIONS.

TO POSE RUB THE CHICKEN ON ITS BREAST AND PUSH UP.

TO HAND IT TO THE JUDGE HAND IT NORMALLY AND WHEN THE JUDGE HANDS IT TO YOU ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE HEAD IS FACING YOU!

The way I learned to hold them was by putting the middle and ring finger in between the legs, then use the pinky and index fingers to hold the legs while using the thumb to hold one wing.

That's one way to do it but it really doesnt matter if you use your middle and ring finger or your pointer and middle finger but at other fairs that might be different i showed at the florida state fair and i got full score doing it this way.
