How to start transition to coop/run

Good Morning!
I'm new to baby chicks. I have 3 6wk old chicks. I've had them under a heat lamp in a brooder located in my garage since bringing them home a month ago. My question is what's the best way to start their transition to the coop? They haven't had much outside time because of the crazy up and down weather we've been having. (I'm in Dallas area) Taking them out of the brooder and just putting them in coop/run doesn't seem the way to go with these temps. These are my only chickens, so I'm not adding them to an existing flock.

Thanks in advance!

If it's in the 50's, I would close the pop door and leave them in the coop during the day. They will huddle and cheep loudly mostly from the unknown. Give them food and water then step back and they'll figure it out.
They are ready to spend the night out but you probably aren't.
