How to stop a chicken from pecking another chicken in the head

Every one of my chickens peck the new chickens in the head what do I do

New chickens should be gradually intoduced to an existing flock, such as behind fencing or introducing in a dog crate with food and water. It is normal behavior for chickens to peck at new arrivals since they see them as enemies. A gradual introduction is much better for them to get used to each other. There will always be a little pecking at first, to establish a new pecking order when new birds are introduced. New birds to the flock should be quarantined for about 30 days away from an existing flock, to make sure they are not sick or have parasites. Here is a good article that gives some info:

Good advice from @Eggcessive above.
You can also squirt the bully hens with a high power squirt bottle or hose to deter head pecking, that helped when integrating my new hens with my older ones.
