How to stop chickens from eating eggs?

Well at least congrats on the double-yolker!

Perhaps once the shellless eggs stop, they'll leave them alone. The holes might have been made by their toe nails even.

One idea some do is put curtains on the nest boxes. If that doesn't do it, my idea was to paint the inside of the nest boxes black, then hang the curtains. They can't eat what they can't see.

Another idea I'd heard of was blowing out an egg and filling it with mustard and putting it back in the nest. Or, putting plastic or wooden eggs in the nests.

I have fake eggs in all the nests and still get punctured eggs almost always on the end where the air pocket is. Why? They also break eggs. They move the straw from the center of the box. We have tote lids on the bottom of the boxes. Should I get mats or maybe add shavings?

As many have already said, sufficient calcium from food, oyster shell supplements, or dried eggshell; soft bedding for the next box. I was unable to alter my nest boxes into roll-away and the attempt at curtains scared my birds away from box. When my newest hens started pecking at and eating eggs (due to one on the ground that was broken and they discovered it was delicious) I got some old golf balls from a coworker. Each next box has 1-2 gold balls in it. This helped the chickens ensure they were laying in the box not the ground, and stopped the attempt to peck and eat the eggs in less than one week. I don't think the nesting material will make any difference. I think the curtains idea works for most because it's dark in there then and they can't see the eggs.
