During the day I let my ducks, guineas, and chicken free range... I breed silkies and they attack them all the time! How do I stop my guineas from attacking my hens? Their vicious and if they don't stop I'm gonna shoot them.. I don't have the guineas penned up they fly out over the run all the time but they won't leave (kinda hoping they would.. they just run the fence line) but they keep comming back... UGH! they are fun birds but I can't have them attacking my hens.. what can I do about that?

Or and at least coop the Guineas and then free range them and the Silkies at different times, not together any more. I find covered runs are invaluable and usually always necessary when it comes to owning Guineas.

You could alternate days if you would rather let them all free range... One day let the guineas out, and the other let the silkies out...

WOW. My guinea's get along fine with my 3 RIR hens. But I had an Evil hen they hated. They attacked her all the time if she was around. Hope you figure out a solution. Good luck.

It's funny how different guinea flocks are. My laying hens boss my adult guineas around, chase them, peck at them, and steal the bugs right out of the guineas mouths. My hens are also mean to my two silkie hens BUT my guineas are nice, or I guess more indifferent to my silkies. Things were much more relaxed when I had my rooster to keep the hens in line. I rehomed him out of fear of him hurting my silkies trying to breed them, and I am regretting it.
