How to stop these birds from fighting for food?

Did you see the video I just posted? These are wild chickens often kept for cock fighting. Probably different than the typical domestic chicks that have minor squabbles.

While these are a more assertive/aggressive breed of bird many people successfully keep them in a flock.
It is all about managing them properly. This breed is not one I have kept myself as my space is limited.

Top bird want to fight me! Eggs was given to me by neighbor. Birds are two fortnight old.

How does your neighbor manage the birds? Is their set up done specifically to aid in managing this breed?

I myself won't keep birds that challenge me as flock leader.

Not sure why you wanted to get chickens, but I am guessing this was not what you expected. These birds won't be good for eggs or as pets, most likely the males will all have to be separated else they will constantly fight and harm or even kill each other.

Maybe give these chicks back to the neighbor and get yourself some nice DOMESTIC laying hens.

So you wanted fighting birds. Okay then have a plan to divide them and start building pens so they don't hurt or kill each other. Letting them battle it out is not right.

Yes, they will fight among themselves as juviniles, even Rhode Island Reds will spar as chicks. Once they get older it is separate or they will beat each other to death in fights that take hours to finish. Heads all swollen up and bloody. Once you have seen what they do to each other in nature the use of gaffs and slasher blades begins to look more humane. At least it is over quickly.

I think the poster is of a different cultural background than us peaceful backyard chicken hoarders keepers.
