How to store and can I wait?

I just got a delivery of eggs to hatch with my class. The rest of the eggs will be ready to put in the incubator Tuesday afternoon. How should I store these eggs over the weekend and do you think they can wait?

I keep mine in the garage--cool, but not refrigerator cold and turn them (tilt the carton by putting a book under one side) a couple times a day. As far as whether or not it will be ok it really depends on how old they were when they shipped. Viability starts do drop quite a bit after 7-10 days so if they were already several days old before shipping waiting could lower your hatch rate.
