How to take care of a chick with disproportionate eyes?

Hello, one of my Araucana chicks has disproportionate eyes, one is almost completely closed, while the other one is normal. Is there any extra things I should do to take good care of her?

I used Neosporin on mine and it cleared up in 2 days. Not too much just gently rub it over the whole eyelid, I think sometimes the shavings get in their eyes or something.
