How to tame ducks?

i got a pair of white call ducks a few weeks ago. I hold them often, but now the drake is bitting me. How do i tame them, they are so skittish.

Leave them be. They'll be plenty tame, then.
Ducks are funny like that.

Ducks don't get too tame. They often remain aloof. Just letting you get close to them is success. I wouldn't condition them to the idea of when I am near to bite me.

Just leave them be and interact with them as they are wiling to allow.

If the drake is biting you, he is tame enough to feel that you are worthy of his attention. My imprinted drake bites me all the time. I tell myself that he bites me because he doesn't have lips to kiss me with.

I know my ducks love me when I go outside with a bag of lettuce, they love lettuce!
I can hold them but the drake is standoffish, he doesn't like to be held, My Delta is better, I just give them lots of treats, they say a way to a mans heart is through his stomach.... I think that goes for all the critters! especially chickens, ducks, and my goats and donkeys! And my deer!
