How to tame three week old ducklings

my mother hen just stopped being broody to my baby ducklings and they are very skitish how do i tame them , p.s they are a pekin male and unsexed blue runner.

pick them up and give them treats, runners are naturally very skittish

what do you suggest i use for treats ?, i am new to ducks

At three weeks, mine went through an easily terrified stage.

I would sit near them, but not force matters. I gave them peas, sang to them, just spent time nearby.

After several weeks they settled down, and now about half of them are fine being picked up and petted, the rest are friendly.
