Alright I'm not going too extreme but I'm definitely kicking myself into gear tomorrow. I'm doing this and calorie counting.
I used to do this challenge all the time, it's pretty strenuous but I figure if I can spend a whole day cooking and then waste hours eating til I'm in pain then I can dedicate half an hour to becoming stronger.
