How to teach my chickens to drink from the nipple waterer I made

They are the right height. I have gotten in the coop and showed them. I have stood outside the coop with a chop stick to show them. I have taken the water out for a few hours. How do I teach them about the fresh water awaiting them?

I just kept the nipple water bucket in the coop along with the normal waterer for a month. By then some of them have it figured out. If not then they will soon enough! Just take out the normal waterer and keep watch to make sure they aren't dehydrating (especially during this summer heat)
