How to tell age of an egg?

Hey Y'all,

I just found a nest that my pekin and swedish have made. It was in the back of an old pig pen and has been out of the rain. The nest is somewhere between 1-2 weeks old. I would like to try to put some of the eggs in the incubator. How could I go about telling what eggs would be the freshest?

I would float test a single egg, it's likely the rest where laid within the same week or so

Floating would tell, but not good to wet an egg that going to be incubated.
Just stick them all in there, you'll know with about 5 days which are good and which are not.
