How to tell if a goose is show quality?

None of mine are even close to show quality I don't think, they're from Stromberg and Metzer and a hatchery here called Poultry Hollow, but how can you tell the difference? When I personally see show birds they look the exact same to me as regular birds!

Your best bet would be to order a copy of the SOP so you'd know the breed requirements for each bird. I must admit when I first started with birds I thought they all looked the same as well.

How much does the standard of perfection book thing cost? Or is it just online somewhere?
