that reminds me of a book I read by one of my favorite authors Patrick F. McManus. He writes outdoor humor.
A character shoots a deer and puts it across the handlebars of the bicycle, straddling the frame. A little way down the trail, the deer comes alive(the hunter only stunned the deer), gets its hooves tangled in the pedals and ends up pedaling the bike. I forget how it ends but it was a lot more hilarious than I can depict.
