My 4 peahens started laying 4 days ago (they are all over age 3), are the first ones of the season not fertile? If you crack them open is there a way to tell? I know chicken eggs will contain a circle ring but I didn't see that in peahens egg. Thanks!

So do I keep gathering and checking for the fertile spot before I attempt to incubate or should I put them in incubator and candle in 10 days?

Ok, cracked one this morning and it had the fertile spot so I set the other 4 in the incubator. One of my hens is limping so I caught her, could find any obvious thing wrong with foot, leg or wing. :/

I have a question, wht if i just leave the eggs with the hen, wont she sit on em n make em hatch?

No, not always. Many hens never ever go broody. Hatcheries breed out that trait in favor of egg production.
