How to tell if you have high blood pressure..

Didnt flinch THIS TIME, but the first time I saw it...OMG...And I have high blood pressure anyway! and I HAVE snakes (my biggest, before I sold her, was a 13 ft albino burmese).

First time I saw that, my heart raced a little.

Normally I'm around 115/65 with a heart rate at about 60.

Not bad for a FAT dude... (although I've lost 74 lbs... since January of 2008)

i seem to not of been startled by all that

Probably as i used to scare myself as a kid with those random vids where it would be all silent then a scary face would pop up with a high pitched scream playing lol
