If they are four weeks, they have nto moulted (lost the baby fuzz completely and gotten their juvenile/adolescent feathers).
If they are LOUDER than you can think over, they are female. If they seem to mostly whisper, they are male.
The voice changes about the same time as when they moult...on average, 8 weeks ISH old.
This varies a lot.
If you posted pics we coudl even help identify what breeds they are and THAT in itself, would help determine the m/f issue.
