How to treat a piece of ripped skin?

Sagitta hen has a 3/4 inch long strip of skin that has been ripped off. It's still attached, just below her wattle. The flesh underneath seems freshly damaged.

Should I wrap it down and see if it reattaches and heals?

What should I use to clean and disinfect it? I have Neosporin and hydrogen peroxide. Would something else be better?

Is liquid bandage an option or too risky? Please let me know. This little lady is the chicken we have that is most friendly with my son.

Clean the wound and put Neosporin on it. If possible, cut the skin off. Keep an eye on infection, but she should heal really fast. If you have iodine that could be better as it would hide the red from the other chickens so they don't peck at it.

I don't have any iodine but I'm prepared to keep her separated. I think I will slice off the skin flap, thank you so much for your advice!

Here's an update on her, the scab is black. No puss. She is in a dog crate inside. Laying eggs as usual and eating like a wild beast haha.

The ripped off skin removing operation was quick and successful.
First I cleaned her injury and swabbed it with Neosporin.
I had just bought a new pair of large, sharp dog nail clippers but had not used them yet. I looked them over and decided they would be the perfect tool for the job.
I boiled them to sanitize, wiped them with hydrogen peroxide and allowed them to cool. Then, when they cooled I put Speckles in my son's arms, he held a sock over her eyes and I quickly re cleaned the wound and clipped off the hanging bit of skin.
They worked perfectly, the cut was clean and fast and the curved shape isolated the skin piece without me worrying about getting her neck or poking her somehow.

Here is how it looks today. There's no warm or hot spots around it. Should I put Neosporin on it regularly or let it heal on its own?

Looks good! I would put a little more Neosporin on it and then you should be good! Great job!
