How to vaccinate a duck

I am needing to vaccinate 11 2 month old ducks for fowl pox. Never done this before. I have read that after two months of age you are supposed to use the thigh stick method. I have looked all over the internet and cannot find a video on how to do it. Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Are you vaccinating for preventive purposes or are other birds showing symptoms?
