how to view people's uploaded photos

when i try to view people's photos in the "upload" album, there is a message saying you have insufficient permission. does anyone know why i can not view those photos? thanks

I think you can choose whether your album is public or private, and in this case the user's album is probably private so you won't be able to see it. Sorry!
