We have Cochins (Pekins) that are the same age as yours. Our climates are very similar, too. We also went through an unusual cold spell recently.We used a heat lamp (please make sure it is secure and won't fall) but only used a 65 watt landscaping bulb. They survived just fine. They are so fluffy and well insulated, the risk may be greater in them becoming too warm! Very sweet natured birds, ours bedded down in the wood shavings at night. They will only perch on a very low perch, too.
