How well do Buff Brahma and Lemon Cuckoo Orpingtons lay? (How well do they crow?)

I have the opportunity to purchase what I am told quiet roos. The breeder has roos in these two breeds and tells me they are not too loud.

That (the loudness) is a whole different question, but I'm going to ask about they laying ability.

If I buy one of these roos, I will also buy some girlfriends for him. So I'm wondering how well these two breeds lay. I'll give it a try. I'd love to be able grow my own heritage breeds in my own backyard.
