How will introductions go?

I've got 2 gingernut rangers coming from Omlet April 1st, but I'm also really taken with a silkie I've seen in a local feed store. I don't have any chickens now, just an empty Eglu, and I'm wondering if it would be possible to get the single silkie this weekend and then introduce the 2 new birds a week later.

Will they be less likely to fight as no one will quite be established yet, or will the silkie get picked on?
