how would i help my chicken groom herself ?

hello all! i have a 3 month old pullet who has consistently suffered neurological symptoms from about 3 weeks of age.

she has trouble walking at times, can’t shake her feathers and grooming herself she has a lot of pin feathers.

how can i help her bathe? i have baby soap, just not sure how to approach this the best for her. thanks !!

Is she able to reach her preen gland and preen her feathers? When I had a hen who was lame for about 5 weeks, and couldn’t get outside the coop, I would just take her outside to the dust bath every few days, and rub her feathers and skin with the dirt. If she is an indoor bird, then you may need to bathe her as needed. Others may have better suggestions.
