how would i splint my ducks leg?

If I have to splint my little guys leg, how would i do that? I have vet wrap, he is 3-4 weeks old so hes getting bigger. When i set it, Is it straight and at what joint? Anywhwre I can find a picture to help me? thanks!

I'm going to guess its broken? You can take a tongue depressor and some medical tape (like the stuff they put on horses). Put the depressor all vertically following his leg. Point the toes down so he won't try walking on it and tape it all up. The depressor will probably be extra long and he will stumble around because he can't walk on it. Thats ok though because his whole leg will be perfectly straight and after a week he will be healed with no flaws. If he is like my chicken he will just strengthen the other leg and hop everywhere dragging the annoying, straitened limb with him.
