Agree with Barnhart. Quality and age are the biggest factor in price, and also location. Your best bet is to comparison shop, meaning to get prices for the same breed and age you are selling, and the same quality. Locally, if possible. Since yours are all more rare breeds, you can probably go for the upper end in pricing.

Quality, age, locality, demand, availability - so many factors impact effective pricing.
 
I would also imagine that becoming a renown breeder / producing show-winning birds would effect pricing and these can realistically only be built up over a period of years.
