How would you clean this?

Yes, we did get it for free! I'm really excited. My husband is out painting it white right now. My daughter (5 yrs old) has visions of painting flowers on it.

Either orange oil or bleach would be good to start.
The pressure washer would make it easier to start...
But I strongly suggest brushing on a layer of KILZ after washing and prior to painting (with high gloss exterior paint).
It is a primer used to cover mold and or pet messes on subfloors.
Since thats ply it would be perfict and protect future pets from anything left behind after scrubbing.
Raw wood is such a pain to clean....

14.00 a gallon usually and totally worth it...

Definitely bleach solution first, make sure you get it everywhere as lizards sometime carry salmonella and you don't want that. The Kilz idea is great, will make it easier to clean later too. Awesome find, have fun with those babies!
