I actually removed a couple racks from my turner to make a lock down area for the first and second hatches.

My FIL hatches with all the racks in and the turner turned on. Which is how I am going to do it from now on. Less hassle that way.....

I did have chicks fall between the racks, but there is plenty of room so they won't get hurt when they fall in.....


I have video update in the raising baby chicks thread on how the first two hatches are doing a week or so later....
