How would you treat spradle leg in ducklings?

Well I was at TSC yesterday and they had a bin with three ducklings, all day olds, and all were sick.

The mallard had spradle leg I believe , the Khaki campbell had crusty eyes and the pekin had a swollen leg joint that was enflamed and a foot that was crooked, sideways.

I wanted to bring them all home and take care of them (

) but the parents said no since we already have five rabbits in the house, 16 adult ducks and other assorted animals.

But anyway, how do you treat spradle leg? I mean to you have to put a splint on the legs to get them to come in or what?
