How young to begin adding DE and ACV?

I use DE in my older (10 week old) chicks feed and put ACV in their water. I have one week old chicks. Is it safe to begin adding the DE to their feed and ACV to their water this young? Thanks!

With birds that young, DE is safe, and I would use a lower dose of ACV. Prohaps a half a tablespoon per gallon.
