You don't want to let out heat and humidity. I do it really quick though

If your asking about out of the shell, they can not be totally ready, and bleed out the umbillical cord. All the blood in the membrane around them needs to dry up and that doesnt' happen until they are completely ready to hatch.
 
I have more eggs coming in on wednesday, at this time I have no plans on intervention. I thought that you meant that the chick that already hatched needed to stay in the bater to get the others to hatch. She has a one inch piece on the membrane stuck to her and is dragging around the shell. My oldest daughter just looked at the new chick and said eeww it looks like a rat.
 
I would let the chick stay in until it is fuzzy and dry. You don't want it to chill

When their dry it is warmer for them under the light.
