Hi!

I am in the Ft Worth area of Texas, in a country neighborhood with 10 red sexlinks I bought in March and 1 Blue Mille Fleur d Uccle Bantam (1 died), 6 Crevecoeurs, and 3 Danish Brown Leghorns (again, 1 died). These last ones I bought June 20th, and I seem to have issues trying to get them integrated with the older birds. The older birds are 9 pullets and 1 cock, yet the pullets are pulling the feathers off the younger birds. I am keeping them apart at night in big plastic tubs, but they are running out of room. When and how does one integrate the new with the old without issues??

Sound like your birds are trying to establish their pecking order. If they are not drawing blood or injuring the younger ones that is kinda normal. If the older ones continue to jump on the younger ones you could just isolate the more aggressive ones for a few days. One thing that I did was at roost time I have put the younger birds in with the older ones while they were asleep and the next morning everything was fine.
