Howdy fellow chicken lovers, from Currently Omaha, Ne but moving....

I have an opportunity to move to Kennard, Ne and can not find any information on the legality of chickens within the village, I had them in Omaha but currently we are looking at moving to either Kennard or back west to Poss Elkhorn. But in the event I move to Kennard I would love to be able to start a new flock.... if anyone has any info I would be most appreciative!
