Good afternoon, y'all!

I'm new to BYC (but have checked out a LOT of information on the site before signing up)!

This is my first year with chickens, but I've slowly acquired quite a flock!

I have:

- 3 Buff Orpington hens
- 1 Orpington rooster
- 3 Orpington chicks (sex not determined yet, but I believe 1 is a roo and 2 are hens)

- 2 Red Sexlink hens (lost one to bronchitis earlier this year)

- 2 Barred Rock hens
- 1 Wyandotte

...and 2 hens that are EITHER Araucanas OR Americaunas. How do you tell the difference? My uncle gave these 2 to me (he has too many and has raised chickens for decades) so I know they came from a good source. He said they're Araucanas, but after looking at the pictures on BYC, I can't tell.

Either way - I LOVE my chickens and am excited to have joined your online flock! Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Here's my flock:

The adult Orpingtons

The Orpington chicks (I believe there are 2 hens and a rooster)

The Sexlink Sisters

A Wyandotte, 2 Barred Rocks, and 2 Araucanas (perhaps Americanas?)

Howdy from College Station, Texas. I don't know how to tell the difference, but we've got several Ameraucanas (or Easter Eggers) and some EE mixes. Our rooster is an Orpington and he does some of the mixing.
