I'm in Missouri too.... have you been enjoying the recent monsoons??? I'm in SE MO but not in the Bootheel area. I hope you're not in an area that's suffering from floods or tornadoes! I'm doing my best to resist "chicken math," and so far we've been keeping our flock down to about 25-30 birds. Which is really all we have room for! Quail sound interesting, though ....
