Aren't the meat birds you raise yourself the most tasty things, ever?? I'd love to do turkey in the future...and I'd love to do goose. We were amazed tonight at the grocery store when we saw the price on a frozen "Christmas goose." $80!! lol.

The only one I know the breed for sure is the barred rock who is apparently a rooster. Oh well.
