Howdy from North Texas

Wow thanks for all the kind replies! I am on backyard herds but Im not very active on there but I have decided to try. This computer thing stumps me sometimes haha. Anyway since you asked for pictures I will include one of my baby boy Mr. Richard. He will be staying with the new flock. Also as far as the naked necks go Im not sure about them but I have read and heard on certian podcasts that they have a better flavor than the cornish crosses, so we shall see!

Hello, Tommie, and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Are you going to process those 200 Cornish Xs yourself or do you sell them for others to process?

We will be processing them ourselves. So please pray for us haha. We plan to do it in two weekends so that is 50 a day. And we will be selling direct to consumer. In Texas you can process and butcher up to 1000 birds and 500 rabbits without any special licensing.
