Howdy from south Florida.....

Hello, I have 9 laying hens that include one red sex link, one Plymouth Bar Rock, one Rhode Island Red, one Barnevelder, two Buff Orpington, three Silver Wyandotte. I got into laying hens when four were given to me after shown at local fair and have added additional hens. Anyone have any ideas about building a coop on a trailer?

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Walk-in style with poop boards that can be scooped daily. This is how I manage my flock and would never consider any other way.

Hello, using this link will take you to articles other members have written about building their coops: chicken-coops.12 Maybe by doing a search of the coop articles, you can find some ideas on how you would like to build your next coop.

Best wishes!

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow

I've used small coops and not only were the birds miserable but I was too! Walk in coops only for me now.
