How are y'all doing, I'm Taylor, Duck dad to two beautiful khaki Campbell's that have completly taken over my fiancé and i's life... And we're totally okay with that. We recently moved from Austin Texas, all the freakin way to Portland Orgeon... Which was... A change to say the least. But on the bright side, we happened upon our two beautiful babies about 8 weeks ago, and brought them home at 4 days old. We've done this before, with a pekin and a rouen a few years back, but unfortunately they were both taken from us by a hawk... So this time we took no chances, and while I was confident we were now better prepared... I was wrong. Haha. These girls (I think) grew faster than the speed of light. They now have the majority of their big girl feathers, are quackin like its their job, and say what you will, but these girls will be flying soon. They're so close right now im surpised they haven't just lifted off into the air already. Anyways. Thanks so much for having me here, been reading answers to questions I had on here for years and figured it was time! Hope y'all have a great day . I'll add a picture of my ladies for ya :)

Plus a bonus pic of me and my baby girl. Petunia. Or teeny tuner. As I call her. Haha

Good morning and welcome to BYC! :frow Absolutely adorable ducks! And welcome to the Pac NW. And beware of the eagles here, on behalf of your ducks.
Oh snap. Thank you for the warning. As of right now, they only go outside with my fiancé or me, because we're insanely over protective after losing our first two girls. Haha. But we're looking for a big house with an attatched run so they can play outside for more of the day, but they'll definitely still sleep inside with us, they just flip completly out if we're not in view of them at bedtime, used to have to sleep with my hand hanging off my bed over the side of their brooder lol. But now just constantly being in their line of sight is okay.
