Howdy

:welcome 8 Dogs! That's got to be a lot of work. My neighbor has a habit of collecting dumped dogs and I think he was up to 8-9 at one point.
Sounds like you've got a fun crew!
Honestly, u wouldn't know they are here. Very well mannered, house trained, and they all must get alone. It is odd to me to see 1 or 2 dogs in a home. Just as others think I am.

  1. Hi there! You can call me CC! I decided not to put my real name out there. Welcome to BYC! I hope you enjoy it; I know I do. I am a homeschooler, working on having a homestead, and I own a farming blog with my sister.

I love the song "Fearless" (I forgot who it's from!), I love the country and Tennessee. I have a bunny, 12 chickens, 2 ducks, 4 cats, 2 dogs and one Fancy Goldfish. (I don't think I'm forgetting anyone! :lau)

    P.S
My phone has been going a little wacky, so it might look weird! :p

Yeah, all the neighbor's dogs got along great. They are his babies. But some of them were big big dogs. He couldn't possibly have them all in the house at the same time, so he has a huge fenced yard with a shop that he heats in the winter for them. Then he does "house dog for a day." And rotates who gets to be in the house with him. They are well trained and behaved.

I miss having multiple dogs. Almost two years ago we had to say goodbye to our old guy. We are down to one. But it's tough adding dogs with livestock and free ranging chickens. Our "Bella-Boo" is amazing with them, but she definitely wants a K-9 friend again.
