My name is Jen and I am new to this community but have been lurking for quite some time. I have had chickens for about 5 years, first with a shared flock while living on the back of my in-laws mini farm, and now on our own suburban 1/2 acre. We currently have 3 chickens (Barred Rock "Ahsoka", Buff Rock "Goldie", and Austrolorp "Chickaletta"). We also have 2 boys who love the chickens, and one small dog who is scared to death of them.
