My husband, myself and our three kiddos own 32 acres of woods in Central VA. We moved here so we could start our own little homestead and raise all of our own food. We recently (two weeks ago) bought 5 Barnevelders and 5 Dominiques. Both breeds are just GORGEOUS and both are great to have around (tho the Barnies tend to be a little more skittish than the Doms). We have a kazillion questions, so, we're glad we found this forum.
