Hoya belle. . .is wilting. . .being eaten?

Hi I have never truly been an expert in plants but I have tons of them and love them all. I have a few hoya belles and they seem to be having some trouble but I dont know what. . .please help. Thank you!

bottom pic looks like aphid or some other sap sucking insect damage. Top pic most likely insect damage as well, unless something is just wounding the leaves.
