hubby building my incubator can't wait til its done!!!! photos added

i will post pics as we get it closer to being finished, but basically we took ideas from several other BYCers and some others....

it is 4 feet tall, and can hold up to 6 motorized little giant egg turners. we are going to build a hatcher separately as I want to use the dry incubation method.

Ahh, such a lucky gal. We want pics of every step.

My DH is working on one of the feeders the chicken has to stand on so we don't feed every sparrow in the county. Soo, I'll have to wait on a nice big bator. I'll have to settle for stalking this thread.

Yes would love to see pics of every step. I would love to have my hubby build me a bigger one at some time. Right now I have an old cooler that he turned into a incubator that will hold up to 48 eggs, but I have to turn by hand. I don't mind turning by hand but at times I do forget. Right now we are working on buying a house so a larger incubator will just have to wait.

OOooooh! you guys are going all out! making a big incubator and all......are you guys gona put drawers at the bottom for the eggs to hatch during lock down? Nice bator, good luck with your first hatch in it
