Huddle Box pictures or ideas

Well it's already in the single digits here and I'm curious about huddle boxes or enclosures within my coop. What can I do to make an enclosure for them to roost in? Can I enclose their roost for the winter? How big of an opening do they need to get in and out? Will they peck at the silver insulated wrap? Any suggestions and or pictures?

Some folks build a hover over a roost, I'm sure there have been recent pics. Hens will peck at shiny things as well as insulation and red objects, so I'd consider getting that sheathed.
