I butchered 3 ducks this evening. (First time doing ducks, done a lot of chickens and turkeys in the past).
1 of the ducks was fine, but 2 of them had enormous, silvery and absolutely solid livers. (See pic for reference) I didn't want to cut into it because I didn't want bile everywhere.
Has anyone seen this before??
