I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with quail.

Can you bring her inside on clean towels and take a few clear up-close photos of her vent area? It looks like she is suffering from a vent prolapse.

I dont want to pick her up as she isnt very tame and itll stress her out. I think it's too far gone.
