Huge chick brooder......for FREE!!

I have 20 dorking, 2 mysteries, and 3 silkies. My mom and I were going to build a large brooder for them but were having issues. She picked up 2 pieces of scrap vinyl siding that were interlocked and had an "AHA!" moment. This is what she came up with. It's super easy to move, which means cleaning will be easy. I hung a rabbit water bottle so they don't foul (fowl) the water. We will be hanging the lamp and migrating the babies shortly. I will post more pics then.

they sell for £20 -£40 depending on size

Huh. I had never seen anything like it. We had some work done to re-side the house and they left the scraps, so we re-purposed them for the chickies. There are too many of them for the tote we used for the other chicks and the weather here has been so bad, I refuse to put them in the outdoor brooder. So they're in my kitchen, driving everyone nuts!
